    Deadlift x 231

    Good squat. My form is improving and my knee too. I still cant quite straighten my leg but im getting there.
    Good press though on the 3rd rep in set 3 i got my hip push wrong and bent at my lower back. Not very nice but i didnt injure anything.
    Deadlift was the best its been since pre back injury November 13. First time i felt a bit of power, very happy!

    Just to give a little input, I hit my 275 bench when I got to a 235 3x5. So I recommend you go for the attempt around there. Good luck with the injuries.

    Pull ups x 4/3/3

    Good squats. Happy with my form and a hard fought set.
    Bench was tough and im very happy to get them all. Rest is increasing.
    Pull ups were ok.

    Squat 198 x 5/5/5
    Press 143 x 5/5/5
    Deadlift 242 x 5

    Squats were very hard but i held form and pushed through a few sticking points. Knee swelling is gone.
    Press was tough and good. My form is good here and im happy to be on the doorstep of pr.
    Ok deadlift. I moved well and strong. Im not 100% my back stayed flat. No issue but just something to note.

    Chins x 7,5,4.

    Very happy with this session.
    Squats were hard but i got them done.
    Bench was realy on the limit and i was very happy to battle for my reps.
    Note: too quick from warm up to 1st or too quick going through warm up.
    Chin ups were ok. Im a good way off hitting 3 sets of 12. Il get there.

    Another good session. Very happy with how my back is. Im building nicely again.
    Squats were good. Some very slow but got them done.
    Good press. Lots of rest and determination got me to tie my rep pr.
    Deadlift good. Some power there at last.

    Good session.
    God those squats were tough. Its hard to imagine what 4 or 500lbs is possible buts its great to know and see that it is.
    A good effort fighting through some sticking points. Im happy!
    Bench was good too and i almost got that last 5th rep. It wobbled and veered but just wouldnt go any further and i just couldnt stop it slowly coming back down. I was happy i know i gave it my all.
    Hitting 2 sets of 5 is a pr i think. Hitting the 3 x 5 next time will be for sure.
    Pull ups were ok. Could have counted my reps wrong with a cramping hamstring.

    Deadlift 264 x 5

    I was shattered tonight and im happy i made myself get out there and lift.
    Moving to a medium day squats and it was ok. I wouldnt say it was easy as i would have liked but all good.
    Press was very tough. Ser how it gors next time around. I may move to 3's after i hit 154 for 3 sets of 5. We will see.
    Deadlift was good. Hand opening and its heavy but i can get a bit of power into it now and im excited to see how progress goes.

    Im getting my sessions in and im not injured, perfect!

    Very happy with this session.
    Tough squats and alot of aggression needed. As hard as it feels doing the reps, its nothing compared to the joy of stepping the bar back in after giving it your all and making your set.
    Great bench and im so happy to pr. I cant wait to attack 220 the next day.
    Chins were hard, i was spent! I always find my hamstrings cramp up after 2 or 3 reps.

    Squats were ok, nice recovery ready to tie pr next session.
    Good press, good battle to get what i did. Il try one last time and then move to 3's.
    Annoyed with the deadlift. Hamstring and back were tightening alot and i cut the reps off just in case.
    Should be manageable the next day.
