An ok session. Im going to 3's for squat to push on. Its a real battle for me and im happy with my sets overall.
Press wasnt good. 1st set was ok, just couldnt get the 5th rep again. 2nd set was horrible. Just got it all wrong and i realy had to fight to get the 3. 3rd set was better. Im going to move to 3's here too.
Deadlift was deloaded due to form issue. Much better today, a stronger straighter back.
