    Squat 225.5 x 4/5/5
    Bench 220 x 5/5/5 PR

    Pull ups x 5/4/4

    Squats were so tough. I dont know what happened on the 5th rep 1st set. I descended arseways. The bar was folding me so i just stopped and racked it. Huge effort then for the next set and got my 5, just. 3rd set was a bit dodgy but i got them. Had pain in right elbow and bicep area. I think i was fighting the balance. Next up is pr weight that popped my back last time, a huge squat day for me.
    So happy with bench pr. 100kg for sets has always been an aim of mine. Felt strong even if they were slow. Alot alot of rest in between sets.
    Pull ups felt ok.

    Press 154 x 4/4/4
    Deadlift 275 x 5

    Squats were horrible! 1st set terrible. I actualy racked it quick after 2 then took it out to attempt another 3 and the single nearly pinned me. 2nd set was better and 3rd set similar. Try again the next day.
    Bad right bicep pain too.
    Press may be the same as last time but realy its an improvement. I moved the 5th rep for set 1 and 2 were last session i just about ground out the 4 reps. Il move to 3's after hit the 154 for 5 across.
    Deadlift tough and i would say my form wasnt that good. Try harder next time.

    Squat is super tough for me. I only managed 1 rep for the first set, bad form. 1st proper set then and the 3 i got were torture. 2nd set alot better. I could have got a 4th rep. 3rd set back to a struggle.
    I think i have to rest more between last warm ups and 1st work set.
    I must get a form check up too.
    Bench was ok. Bit off with the rest here too. Will improve for the next day.

    Chins were ok. Long way off adding weight but its improving.

    Press 154 x 4/3/4
    Deadlift 253 x 5

    An ok session. Im going to 3's for squat to push on. Its a real battle for me and im happy with my sets overall.
    Press wasnt good. 1st set was ok, just couldnt get the 5th rep again. 2nd set was horrible. Just got it all wrong and i realy had to fight to get the 3. 3rd set was better. Im going to move to 3's here too.
    Deadlift was deloaded due to form issue. Much better today, a stronger straighter back.

    Squat 231 x 3/3/3
    Bench 225.5 x 3/3/3

    Pull ups x 5/4/4

    Squat ok. Watch knees coming in.
    Bench ok. Grove a bit off.

    Pull ups good.

    Deadlift 264 x 5

    Bit short of time so i left squats.
    Press was good, good and tough.
    Deadlift was good and i had a bit of power there. Hopefully it wasnt just because i didnt squat.

    No time for chin ups.

    A good session. I like the 3's for squats. It just suits me better and i think i could stick with them for a long time were as il get back to 5's in the future for bench and press.
    Hard but good squats. Knees coming in a little.
    Bench was tough. Grove isnt quite right. Just from sessions being a bit spread out i think.

    Hey Ozzie, anything in particular you want to know?
    Im smaller and heavier than you put yeah were not a million pounds apart!

    My diet is reasonable. I have reflux issues so i try to avoid certain foods but im not very disciplined at it. Mainly because it doesnt matter what i eat, i have a stomach issue and its looking like surgery.

    Just checked your log to check your height and weight etc your warm ups look too taxing and probably why your stalling. There is lots of warm up threads and an article in resources i think?
    Im no good at linking or anything. Do a search and you will be oo a straighter road to your PL meet.
