    Bit of a rewind program wise! My wife had a baby girl after and were all home healthy and happy.
    So back to some training and back to some LP. Il build back to were I was and move to intermediate then to end the year.

    So today was

    Squat 176 x 5/5/5 220 x 3 Feeler set
    Press 143 x 5/5/5
    Deadlift 286 x 5

    A good session back. Squat form was decent. Press was tough but good.
    Deadlift was good. Alot more power through my warm ups. Work weight was maybe too heavy today but i got them. It was more 3 reps and 2 singles but thats ok.

    On another note; isnt it hard making the move from novice to intermediate?? I would guess somewhere near the end of someones LP is were alot of people get and never go any further. Not the majority but i would imagine its quite a high figure.

    I enjoyed how the TM squat was shaping up but didnt like how the bench and press is so spread out.

    Sure just wait and see how it goes when i get there again.

    All good. I feel ive improved my squat form. Just getting my back better set.
    Bench was ok too. Not exactly in the grove but all done.

    A good session. My back tighness has improved and im happy with my squats. Not perfect but its PR and i worked hard.
    Very happy with the press. Realy had to grind out the 2nd set and after a long break i nailed the 3rd set, very happy.
    Deadlif was ok. I think il move on to 308 and then maybe repeat that if im still struggling to get 5 without the step away break. Its just step back, few breaths, step in and get set again.
    Im making progress all the same.

    Edit; Im repping deadlift what i did 1 rep max just over a month ago and i havent done alot in that month so im going good. A great sign my back is mended finaly!

    Very happy here. Good work getting both complete.
    No time for dips or chins. If only there were 25 hours in a day though im sure the extra hour would turn into work rather than training.

    Not a good session. Only recovery squats but i had no power and did something with my left knee practicing my bodyweight squat. Its something ive felt before but this time it was very sore. Its like an internal twist with alot of pain down my shin and through my ankle. Hopefully will ease off by next squat. I dont think 4am starts are helping matters!
    Press was a bit dissapointing. Try again.
    Deadlift no power again. Just keep at it though. Its just good to be getting lifting in with being so busy and not just taking a couple of weeks off until blah blah !

    Bench 220 x 5/5/5

    A good session. Gave my knee an extra day and happy i had the courage to push hard today. Squats are on the limit, as they should be at PR! Foot still numb now and again but the real pain has faded, what ever i did i dont know!
    Good bench and ties my 3x5 pr. Grinding out the last reps. Good training.

    Tough session. Squat felt slow. Press was very hard. No time to deadlift.

    Ugh! Missing sessions and getting very little sleep, max 5 hours, averaging near 4.
    Still, happy to get under the bar. Repeat weight the next session.

    Squats were messy. Right bicep pain.
    Press was very tough. Try again next time.
    RDL was good. Realy felt it. Interesting to see how it will help.

    Much improved squat form thankfully and im very happy to hit the pr.
    Must remember upper back tightness.
    Bench form was terrible early on. I blame doing some pressups the other day??
    Improved by the 3rd set so i did a 4th set just to feel it. I would hope I'll have a 5 in me the next session.
