    Press 121 X 5 / 5 / 5 / 5 / 5
    Squat 264 X 3 pr

    All good.
    Shoulder improving. Will be nice to get to 135.
    Still not back to normal range of motion.

    Squat pr was good. Big nights drinking Friday with some friends home so I wasn't happy to push much tonight. Worked up to the triple and it went well. 3x5 the next day should be there or there abouts.

    Bench 236.5 X 5 pr
    220 X 5 / 5 / 5 / 2

    An excellent grind and pr for 5, very happy.
    Volume suffered for it though. Stick with 220 volume the next day.

    Busy busy, no time to deadlift.

    Deadlift 313.5 X 5 / 3 / 3 pr for 5 and 3

    Hoping I would get this done yesterday pm but just a mad day so got them in today.
    Very happy to pr though form wouldn't be the best I feel.

    All looking good for some decent pr singles all around before surgery. Minus the shoulder limiting press.

    Press was so so. Still not comfortable. Some reps were very grindy but it's because I'm moving cautiously rather than in being as heavy as I could lift.

    Squat pr again!! Very happy. Up to ten minutes rest and I needed it. It's funny how the rest goes. A few minutes sit down and try catch breath. A few minutes resting and recharging. A few minutes to get yourself going to get under the bar.

    Yeah Peez, especially squats! I can't imagine what it's like under big boy weights.

    Bench 242 X 3 / 3 / 2 pr for 3's.
    Deadlift 319 X 5 / 3 / 3 pr

    Not ideal training day after day. One was 6am and the other 9pm so not too bad. Just the way my time worked out.

    Bench pr for 3. Missed my last rep but I put in a huge effort at it and I'm happy.
    Deadlift pr for 5 and 3. Good power. Back rounding slightly I'm sure but how does it not when it's pr land. I'm thinking of moving to every 4th session soon. Maybe introduce sldl or haltings? Not sure, something to think about.

    Press was reasonable. Still not right. I'm 50/50 if I should stay here at 1 plate until the shoulder is more comfortable or push on.

    Squat pr! Very tough and my back got crampy. Form was suffering so I said be gratefull of the property set and live to squat another day.

    Building in chins again.
    Went well. Hamstrings wouldn't stop cramping though!
