Super happy with hitting the 4 wheels. I had no intention of going up that far but everything just felt good going up so i went for it and how happy i am that i did.
Looks alot easier than it felt thats for sure.
I cant imagine what a Petrizzo grind set feels like

Thanks PEEZ! Just after getting my tonsils out so i'll be coming back easy but i should be able to build quickly to were i was. Im thinking my ability to recover will be improved also.

Bench was a little dissapointing. Im going to get wrist wraps and i'll be dilligent about my bum not coming up on all reps. Towards the end of this cycle i got complacent doing volume work the last couple of weeks and allowed the bum to come up to finish the sets were i should have backed off another few pounds to keep it solid. It leaked into intensity work the last week and then i couldnt stop it when testing. Wrist was sore and i compensated with lifting the bum.
Dissapointing but easily fixed. The drugs from surgery will help any little niggles ive built up too i imagine, bonus!

So back at it. Its been slow but all going well now.
6 week cycle planned out including some gpp and considering a return to some football at the end of it.

Dips bodyweight 5x5
All good. A nicer feeler up through the sets. 110 was a bit too grindy. I will start back at 105 next session.
Dips were good. No idea when was the last time I did these. I will add weight very gradually.
