Wow, took a long time to even find my log with new forum format.
1st week back training since last log in. Good solid week and the doms are real!!
Just trying to get some consistent work in for now and see were it takes me.

Chins x 4/3/3/3/3
Ok. Not heavy but limited work capacity made it hard. Jelly legs!
Knee pain cut the sets short.
Happy with chins.

Dips x 4/5/5/5/4
Very happy. I don't tend to lose alot on upper body lifts once bodyweight hasnt changed or increased but still I was very happy here.
Dips were torture starting off but went ok overall. Took a few singles to stretch into position.
Knee pain easing nicely since squats.

Deadlift 125 x 5/5/5
Very happy with press. Tough but good.
Deadlift wasnt nice. Alot of work ahead.
Knee pain gone. Just a X tighten that came on sudden but improved ever since. Nothing to worry about.
Now the biggest thing after getting a weeks training done ..... getting another weeks training done!!
