    lunges for a while. 2 songs ish

    stuff: Unplanned pr.Been using the 55 pound thick bar the last little bit. Switched back today and everything felt light so I went with it. 505 was a bit of a good morning. Everything before was crisp and felt good. 465-485'ish felt like the sweet spot for working weight.

    couple back offs

    stuff: couldn't loosen up hip but dl felt good. speed wasn't there but felt solid with gas in the tank. Cue feet screwing into ground and high hips.

    cable bi's and reverse flies x some for a bunch

    stuff: squatting felt heavy. difficulty focusing and turning the switch on. everything felt heavy until 465 which felt easy. bench - 1 finger inside the outer rings for the win.

    stuff: really stiff in the hip today. long warmup, never quite got there. hip airplanes, reverse lunges. wider grip with thumbs on knurling lat pulldown style. Screw feat into the ground cue - night and day difference. First rep rock solid, tough time regrouping foot cue for second rep. Last 2 sets were ugly.

    back off at 185 for a bunch sans slanger.

    rc flies/bi's.
    stuff: everything felt good today. deadlift felt strong and stable in the hips. 335 on slingshot was a grind and a half. The difference of how little it helped out of the hole at 335 vs 315 surprised me.
