Maybe 20 minutes if it's a lone single. 45-80 minutes otherwise. Some days it takes longer to warmup. I start to drag ass pretty hard if the workout runs longer than 1.5 hours.

stuff:short on time. Narrowed stance a bit and hips feel a bit more stable, less forward movement in the hole.
Maybe something to do with the adductors being over worked when wide? Either way, feels better.

stuff: squat was for warmup for dl. Wasn't planning on 2 but felt great so rolled with it. Need to bring more squat intensity and less psychout over to deadlifts. Definitely more in the tank for another day.
