stuff: almost bombed 435. back is tight and jacked up from work and being out in camp. not by choice down 8 pounds this week.

barbell rowsxbunch
straight legged deadlift xbunch. more for stretch and pump
stuff: back still tight when squatting. deadlifts felt good.

Thanks Shane. Losing weight is lame. I'm in maintenance mode until work ends in the fall.

rows. stiff legged deadlifts xbunch bunch.
stuff: more camp work.definitely out of the squat groove. #6 and #10 felt the best. Beat up from work, unrecovered, and other lame excuses.

Had a workout between here that wasn't training.
Need more sleep and rest, i'm still beat up from work. oly shoes today made a big difference.
cleans - working on making it a full clean every time.
triples to 165. 165 2x2, 165 x1 and early pull miss.

Last 6 weeks has been getting back into the swing of things. Trying to incorporate a lot pull ups, chin ups, and ab work. Worked up to 495 for a couple doubles and singles last week. Sitting at 230
Sumo deadlift.
405*5, 425*2,455*2,470*1,495*1,515*1(pr), 535*1(pr), 555*1 (pr)
Everything minus the last felt clean and fast.
Half a dozenish 70m sprints.
575 is definitely in the tank with fewer workup sets.

Yea 50lbs. Havnt been logging workouts regularly but have been working on improving some deficiencies. Havnt pushed a deadlift pr in 6+months and my hip was jacked up. No secret sauce, just chicken wings.
