tweaked something in my left shoulder yesterday. Hurts a fair amount to press above shoulder height.

front squat to 315. easy. 335 walkout, wasn't happening.
Stuff: hair narrower stance, little less aggravation on the hips. For front squats, definitely upper back and core as the limiting factor.

Chest supported rows. Light * death
Stuff: life stuff. Lack of food. Stress. Not feeling this workout. Everything felt hard, inconsistent getting set. Positive note:rode the hell out of some rebounds in the hole.
