    It is the most fun I've had since retirement. I started when I was 66. Now at 70 I lift 340 but hope to lift 360 this fall. It has been a life saver for my wife. She nearly died and was so week from surgery prior to starting that she could not get out of a chair without help. She also had osteoporosis but that disappeared about a year after starting lifting.

    531 week 1

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 2; 185 x 8; 165 x 5; 140 x 5
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 5; 115 x 2; 122.5 x 9; 105 x 5; 95 x 5
    Prowler: 200 ft. x 5 HR 180 Easy to push but produced a very high heart rate. Looks like a good HIIT exercise.
