    I felt good. I slept well. I was wearing a red shirt. I even ate enough protein, coffee, and steel cut oats. Ah, well.

    For me, the days I feel the worst going into the workout end up being the best. And vice versa. Oh well. There's always another day to lift (until there isn't, and then we probably need not to worry about it)!

    Peez, I have noticed that inverse relationship between feeling and doing. Do you suppose if I drink a great deal of alcohol and feel lousy I could lift better?
