    Can't speak for Oldster, but I don't like them. I'm doing them, though.

    First, I started out life with a fractured spine at L4-L5 in high school. Then combine a glass back with a long torso and short legs, you have a recipe for disaster. I thank the ab wheel for my much improved performance over the past few years. Seriously.
