    In some ways this is a tougher campaign than the two I ran for State Representative. But what I really want to do is keep getting physically strong. Hence:

    531 week 1

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 3; 165 x 2; 185 x 5; 165 x 5; 145 x 5
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 115 x 1; 125 x 5; 110 x 5; 95 x 5

    Rower: 60 sec. x 3 HR 156

    I like to imagine what I will lift for the two lifts in which I will compete. Since I still use the safety bar I can't compete in the squat. Hence, I only have two lifts to think about:

    Press: 44 kg. (97 lbs.); 48 kg. (106); 52 kg. (114) If I get brave I will move to 45 kg, 50, and 55, but I doubt it at this point.
    Dead: 145 kg (319); 155 kg. (341); 160 kg. (352) I've done 340 x 1 and almost did 155 kg (352) last fall, but failed. It ain't horseshoes. (Those darned communist kgs)
