My present DL PR is 155 kg. I was quite confident that I could get the 160 kg. this time but it only went up just below my knees and then stopped.
I remember well how long it took me to crack the 300 lb. (133 kg) barrier for Deadlift and how long it took me to crack the 200 lb (91 kg) barrier for squat. Soon 160 for Dead will be in the past and the 270 (123 kg) for Squat will be a distant memory.

One of the curious things about these fall events is that for three years running I have weighed exactly the same, 100.8 kg. I don't know what to make of it.
