A good day all around. Did he 5 Deads in 30 seconds. First three were excellent. The last two drifted a little away from left leg but pulled them back in short order.

Deadlifting with very little pause really makes a difference. It's a mind game first. No matter how often I was reminded and how often I thought about the problem of trying to gain oxygen between lifts I would often fall back into gulping for air sometimes several times. I was absolutely determined that was not going to happen this time and for the most part it didn't. I grabbed the bar took a breath and lifted until I was through. In less than 30 seconds I was done and happy as a lark.
