This was a better day at the gym. 72 hours of rest is much better than 36 for this old guy.
Squat Stretch (I'm going to my Doctor. I've put up with this baloney far too long. I will find out whether or not there is anything to be done for these old bones and joints or not short of surgery. If not I will try to grow old gracefully.)
