Completely torn Achilles 10/16, and a really effed up elbow. Both injuries are completely healed. Have not done much since the Achilles tear. I am now about 180-185 lbs.

Squat: 260 x 3 x 5
Bench Press: 185x 3 x 5
OH Press: 135x 3 x 5
Deadlift: 260x 1 x 5
Pullups: BW x 3 x 8 (in replace of Power Clean)
Updated Goals for 2019
Squat: 300
Deadlift: 350
Bench: 200
Press: 145
Maybe lose 10 -15 lbs at some point.
