Notes: A bit unfocused today. Missed my last warmup set for the squat, which threw me off. Got the first workset at 255, but then missed #5 on the next set. Frustrated, so Nick had me finish off with a set of 5 at 205.

I was still mad, so I got out my aggressions with the sled.

Had to break to put the kids down for their nap. Afterward, went back out to the garage to finish up and did my benches. Felt strong.

Missing reps is very frustrating!! I'm sure that sled work helped release some of that frustration. I'm betting you are going to get your sets across at 255 next time. Strong work!
