    Everything felt good today, overall.
Squats had better depth, I made sure to think of shoving my knees out and to really sit back into it.
Presses were hard, but I tried to stay tight and keep my chest up throughout the set. First three reps, I focused on keeping a rhythm, the fourth rep, I focused on keeping strong, and the fifth, I just resolved to get through it no matter what. (Thanks, Nick!)
Deadlifts felt great. I thought I might need to switch up my grip, but I didn't end up needing to. First three were fine, fourth was hard. Fifth one, I just had to get through.

    Overall, a good training session!

Great work today! The video does not do the squats justice. In person they were clearly to depth. Way to power through the presses and Deads. You still have a lot left in you for all your lifts!

    Notes
    Squats felt really strong today.
Adjusted my grip for presses and it felt much stronger. I have been feeling some strain in my wrist and I think this is why. I need to focus on keeping my chest up, elbows up, keeping the bar close and keeping tight(!) all the way through to the end and the next rep.
Learned cleans today and they felt great. I enjoy the power of explosive movements. Need to jump harder. Hook grip.

    Great training session!

We were out of town for several days so I'm finally back at it. It was a tough workout, but not impossible. Just getting used to the weight again. Repeated the last workout.

Squat was fine. Presses weren't pretty. Power cleans went a lot better than last time, I was mainly just working on my technique.

    Squat
    45 x 5 x 2
    85 x 5
    115 x 3
    135 x 2
    155 x 1
    170 x 5 x 3

    Press
    45 x 5 x 2
    55 x 5
    65 x 3
    75 x 2
    85 x 5 x 3

    Power Clean
    45 warmup
    65 x 3
    75 x 5 x 3
