I recently moved and changed to a more sedentary job, I've kind of half assed ss in the past but I want to actually give the program a real chance. Before the last week or so it had been a little under 3 months since I touched a barbell or did any exercise at all.
Age: 27
Height 6'4
Weight: A cuddly 115kg
I've started my work weights low (since I'm so untrained and) to hopefully allow for a long linear progression period. I intend to use this log to keep myself honest and as a means to track my progress (both weights and diet related).
Todays work weights:
Squat: 85kg 3x5
Press: 30kg 3x5
Deadlift: 125kg 5
Overhead has always been tough for me, even at my strongest. Lets see where I can go from here.

I started the program lifting in the Sports Centre in Trinity college but for this summer I'm lifting in the BMI in Tyrrelstown. What about yourself?
