    Eat more young Josh, eat more!

    Jay the Beast is catching up quickly :-)

    By the way, don't be too nice to Josiah...he is sipping right now on a Mai Tai on a beach in Hawaii...laughing at us Pennsylvanians for our foolish geography.

    So here's the final results of the first two month run. I'm currently taking a hiatus to enjoy snowboarding. Doing some maintenance workouts and planning to get back at it in the spring.

    BW: 127 -> 145

    Squat 75 -> 225
    DL 95 -> 215
    OHP 65 -> 80
    Bench 75 -> 110

    The gains are massively coming in handy with Ski season. More power, more control, and I'm able to bounce back from falls much quicker. It's good.

    Hey King of the Jews,

    Good point. Actually, I should have mentioned, I'm still progressing upper body with bodyweight strength training (to mix it up a bit: pullups, dips, pushup progression, horizontal row progression) and I'm keeping my squat and deadlift at "maintenance" (225 and 215 respectively) when I can get to the gym so as to not tax my legs too much with the frequent riding. I'm eating above maintenance but not to the extent I did before (I'm still a skinny bastard at 6'0 145, so I need to EAT!)

    I shan't let the precious gains slip away Enjoying mixing up the training a bit over the winter season.

    Thanks for the advice, that's a good idea!

    I ride an Airborne Marauder freeride bike.

    I ride a Forum Contract snowboard, Sierra skis, a shop deck from my local park for a skateboard, and Remz OS4 rollerblades.

    I have a pretty diverse set of hobbies, haha.

    Ski season has been a hell of a success, but I've been too lazy to train. It's about time I get back to barbells:
