    Squat 3x5 215 still felt shitty, better than yesterday though
    Press 3x5 105 getting heavy
    Deadlift 1x5 265 doh grip started to fail on the last rep, still got it

    Squat 3x5 220 these were absolutely AWFUL. Felt heavier than they should have. I was also sick so i wasnt feeling it
    Bench 3x5 135 felt awkward
    Clean 5x3 70 starting to get more comfortable with these

    Was feeling shitty but im looking forward to my next session when i have more energy

    Squat 3x5 225 felt better than 220, better form on these
    press 3x5 110 felt heavy, but I pushed them out
    deadlift 1x5 275 doh grip failed on third rep, used some chalk and got all five reps
    Will put up a video of my squat and press soon to check technique

    squat 3x5 230 fuck. I am so weak at the bottom. I need to stretch eat and sleep more.
    bench 3x5 140 felt easy
    clean 5x3 75 easy.
    I am putting up a video of my lifts also need better recovery. Damn christmas haha

    Had to train today cuz of family shit and work the rest of the weekend

    squat 235 3x5 explosion out of the bottom felt better today
    press 3x5 115 getting heavy, gonna have to move up by 2.5 lbs soon
    deadlift 1x5 285 doh w/chalk grip was starting to slip on the last rep at the top
    overall a pretty good day. Looking forward to next week.

    Squat 3x5 240 felt awkward and heavy
    bench 3x5 145 easy
    chin ups could only do two
    back extensions gotta find a way to do these, my gym has no equipment for it

    gonna add 10 lb on clean until I get to 95 lbs

    Squat 3x5 245 fail knees came in on third rep and chest collapsed
    press 3x5 120 fail wouldnt move on 4th rep
    deadlift 1x5 295 doh w chalk slipped out on fifth rep
    pretty bad day. Oh well.

    starting strength coach development program
    Well its been a while sine I updated my log. I had a couple of deloads but now I'm making pretty good progress
    yesterdays workout:
    squat 3x5 245 lbs felt kinda heavy but I got all my reps
    press 3x5 100 lbs pretty easy
    deadlift 1x5 285 lbs form was shit but I still got em, need to do a form check. Also gonna start alternating the deadlift and clean for recovery.
