Working the squat below LP weights as I'm rehabbing this hip flexor still...
Sq 275x5x3; slight twinge in the left hip flexor, but it felt light. will move to 295 on Friday.
Pr 150x4,4, 145x4; fours were all I could muster.
Dl 415x5x1; extra work from last wednesday certainly helped. Plowing ahead to 420 next Wednesday

Missed yesterday due to renos at the new house... sleep is crap and nutrition is probably worse. Still trying to maintain some regularity of attendance and semblance of progress.
Squat 315x5x3; ugly form on some reps
Bench 215x5, 210x5, 205x4; rushed, insufficient rest, overall regressing on the bench.
Chins BWx7,6,5
Did not feel very good during this workout, but happy to get the work in.

Mon, Nov 30
Squat 315x5; bar kept slipping upwards onto my scaps. Need to tighten up the back more + apply chalk to a bar without center knurl.
Bench 205x5,5,4, 3, 185x5; bench is really regressing. Need to get back to solid 5x3, or maybe play with 5x5 w/ backoff sets.
