    Squat (light) warming up to 225x5, 245x5
    Bench 225x4, 220x5, 215x4, 205x4, 205x4; real shit show.. can't seem to get to 225x5x3 on Novice LP without microloading, but all is not lost. Going to repeat it on Monday and add more volume if needed. I'll have to start microloading the squat as well so the gym bag will get heavy(er).

    Squat 345x5,5,4; I think i psyched myself out for the last set; felt very heavy after rep 2 and lost it way forward on the 4th so I played it safe and racked. Not happy about that, but the first 2 sets were great. Videos to come.
    Press 150x5, 140x5, 135x5; very nice and grindy. At least top set moving up
    Clean 135x3, 140x3x4; messy
    Chins BWx5,4,3; to give some blood flow to the biceps after some god awful racks during the clean

    Squat 350x5, 345x5x2; pretty good, some bar-rolling-up-back though
    Bench 225x5,5,4; got a spot on the very last rep, so I'm not going to count it. Really good arch here made all the difference.
    Deadlift 420x5 (alternate grip), 345x5 (overhand, then hook); these felt pretty heavy. Death's Symbolic album made all the difference.

    Crammed some exercise into <30mins of time
    Squat (light) worked up to 245x5; ran outta lifting shorts so used my swimsuit... almost tore up the fuckin' thing. Thighs were bursting at the seams. Guess I gained some weight since the summer.
    Press 155x2, 145x3, 135x5; total clusterfuck, weak as shit. might need to switch to a TM variant on BP/OHP Will see after next session on Wed.
    Chins BWx5,5; did some curls too after and then had to bolt to catch the train home

    Woke up at 4am for some reason, but grinded through the day like a bauwce.
    Squat 350x5x3; good depth on all reps, just a bit'o'slide at the bottom. Not too concerned about it, though.
    Bench 225x5, 215x5, 205x6,6,3; backoffs were pretty easy until I ran outta gas. Definitely did not have 225x5x3 in me today.

    Eats and sleeps good but worked on renos all weekend. Good workout, all things considered. Played ball hockey on Fri & Sunday night as well.
    Squat 355x5, 340x5, 325x5; utilizing backoffs (~5%) for the Monday workouts to mitigate 2 day recovery over the weekend vs. the 3 days between Mon-Fri.
    Press 150x4, 145x5x2, 135x3; nicely stalled here. I really do hate the press, I've realized. Going to keep plugging away with backoffs, volume, and maybe prayer.
    Deadlift 425x5 (alternate grip), 345x5 (double overhand); first few reps of top set flew up, then my grip started to give. Last rep a bit of a grinder. Backoff set focused on form and grip strength. This combo is working pretty well for me as I'm getting steady progress across the board on advanced novice progression this time around.

    Bench 225x5x3; Hot diggity damn! Got my 225x5x3 freedom-fucking-finally. Had a spot on the last set and treated myself to an extra (slightly assisted) rep.
    Squat (light) warm up to 225x5, 250x5;
    Chins BWx5,4,3; nothing in the tank on these, still sore from the deadlifts
    Curls 30lb dumbells x 12,12 25lb dumbells x 8 after 1 min rest

    Squat 355x5x3; got videos of 1st and 3rd set and then my battery died. Very grindy 5th reps and 2nd set was probably questionable depth. Still happy with this PR, though!
    Press 150x5, 145x5, 140x5, 135x5; ridiculous grindout on top set rep #5 as I lost it in front a wee bit.Had no chance of doing 5x3 so I did 5lb backoffs.
