Klein's log
Did SS back in 2011 ish and made lots of progress. Then got married and made 3 babies. All of my time, money and food went to them... Now they are older and daddy has more time for gainz. Really using the log for discipline and making sure I write down my progress (duh)

Most of my form in these lifts are still a work in progress so I started light to focus on lifting correctly, especially Squat. Here are my last 3x5 totals, with Squat/Bench and Power snatch tonight
Squat 170
Bench 200
Deadlift 215
Press 115
Power clean 110
Snatch 95

And Im about 99% sure I have a herniated disk. I cleaned out the garage Saturday to re arrange my equipment and make room for the new rack. Woke up Sunday in pain. Its getting worse everyday and I'll get a xray done tomorrow. I'll search the forums to see about what to do for this since my doctor will tell me to never squat again... FML

Just a pinched nerve and was back under the bar the next week. I need to be more consistent in writing here. Not used to it yet but Monday's workout went as so...
Squat - 220# 3x5
Bench - 195# 3x5
Today's went great. Felt strong in the Press but during DL, I felt form compromising so I limited rep range. I try to get 5-7 reps as long as form isn't deteriorating.
Press 125# 3x5
Deadlift 295# 1x5
Just received SS vol 3 in the mail and excited to read about it

Felt good this morning. Working on moving my arms in more and a tighter back. Focused on pushing the knees out and using back to push out of the bottom

No energy. The wife started whole 30 and I tried to be supportive in her health efforts but it doesnt seem to feel as if I'm eating enough to support strength work.
