Press 140x5x3; heavy on last reps
Deadlift 405x5 (alternate grip), 315x5 (double overhand); slight reset here as well

Squat 325x5x3; felt good, I think I'm back! Will shoot for 335 on Tuesday to ramp back up.
Bench 220x5,3 215x4x2; not so much.
Chins BWx6,5,5
The net of this is that the illness and accumulated fatigue set me back about 30-40lbs on the squat, 10-20 on the bench & press, and about 25lbs on the deadlift. Basically a 10% deload, worst-case.
