    Squat 225x5x3
    45x2x5, 80x1x5, 120x1x3, 160x1x2

    Press 80x5x3
    45x2x5, 55x1x3, 65x1x2

Didn't increase squat. Wanted to make sure that my form is good.

    Press felt good.

    Squat 235x5x3
    45x2x5, 80x1x5, 120x1x3, 160x1x2

    Bench Press 155x5x3
    45x2x5, 65x1x5, 90x1x3, 120x1x2

    Deadlift 235x5x1
    75x5x1, 110x3x1, 160x2x1

All the lifts went very smoothly. I'm getting more depth on my squats than I did prior to my layoff.

I struggled with the last rep on the last set of squats but it won't hold me back from adding next time.

    Squat
    230x5x3
    45x2x5, 95x5x1, 135x3x1,175x2x1, 230x5x3

The last set was tough and form broke down on the last rep

    Bench Press
    175x5x1, 170x5x2
    45x5x2, 85x5x1, 115x3x1, 135x2x1, 170x5x3

Wasn't paying attention and accidentally racked 175 at first. It was tough but I managed with good form

    Deadlift
    225x5x2
    95x5x1, 135x5x1, 165x3x1

Glad to see you back posting on here, Rovert. What is causing you to end your training? I'm glad to see you have the initiative to keep starting.. but I'd much rather see you stick around and get stronger than two years ago, brother!

Got a training partner/friends at the gym?
Do you have any sort of goal for yourself besides aesthetic? (basing this on your gaining muscle mass/six pack posts earlier)
Are you actually enjoying your time in the gym and lifting the weights?

I think if you stick around long enough to see yourself surpass any previous strength levels you've attained... and ditch a particular concern for your bodyfat% and eat a shit ton with the right macros.. you'll feel better, have more fun, and certainly recover.

Get someone to post some videos of your sets too man!
