Didn't increase squat. Wanted to make sure that my form is good.

Glad to see you back posting on here, Rovert. What is causing you to end your training? I'm glad to see you have the initiative to keep starting.. but I'd much rather see you stick around and get stronger than two years ago, brother!
Got a training partner/friends at the gym?
Do you have any sort of goal for yourself besides aesthetic? (basing this on your gaining muscle mass/six pack posts earlier)
Are you actually enjoying your time in the gym and lifting the weights?
I think if you stick around long enough to see yourself surpass any previous strength levels you've attained... and ditch a particular concern for your bodyfat% and eat a shit ton with the right macros.. you'll feel better, have more fun, and certainly recover.
Get someone to post some videos of your sets too man!
