    unfortunately my digicam is broken, and I'd have to do it out side, as my weight room is too small to get a good vid (I tried videoing powercleans once and all you can see is my torso haha)maybe I can borrow a videocam
    can you believe my smartphone will not do video?

    Art, At least you know what your smartphone can and cannot do. I have no idea about mine. Technology has passed me by.

    Hang Powercleans: 85x5x3

    Inverted rows: 6, 5, 5

    I've decided to quit logging warmup sets because it's a PITA

    Bench: 95x3x5

    Deads: 2058x1x5

    chins: 4, 3, 2 finaly quit trying for set numbers and will just do 3xf on these

    Squat: 45x2x5, 65x5, 85x3, 105x2, 124x3x5

    Press: 45x2x5, 55x5, 65x3, 70x2, 80x3x5 last two reps on last set were Push presses, will repeat with moar rest next time

    PCn (hang) 45x2x5, 60x5, 70x3, 80x2, 90x5x3

    Inverted Rows: 8, 7, 6 this is what I get with 3xf IRs

    1m couch stretch

    1m doorway ham stretch
