Hello all. Just joined today.

I'm 52, 6'3" and about 230 lbs. Bodyfat around 23%.

Been doing this for about three weeks. 5 sets of 5 reps. Just want to get to a modicum of strength for other sports/activities.

Current weights:

Squat--185. Form suspect. Parallel seems a long way down.
Bench: 185.
DL 225. Grip strength a factor at the end.
Presses: 110

Long way to go. If a paper log is best, that's what I'll use, but paper gets beat up in my bag. Does anyone use an iphone app for recording weights/progress?
