    209.4lbs -> 203.5lbs in just under 6 weeks. No strength losses so far. I actually feel my presses have gotten stronger. I hit a legit PR this week in press.

    Jordan Feigenbaum is going to help me with programming and nutrition while losing weight. I'm doing a consult with him.

    Squats were smooth as. Three plates for five is always good.

    I'm a bit miffed about bench. I've done 89kg for 3x5 before I'm sure. The bar was really bad though so it wasn't as smooth as it usually is.

    Deadlift wasn't too bad. Still don't like deadlifting after squats though.
