A wee snack. Jordan is fine with it probably because I haven't told him yet.

Ruined after this. Volume day is a bitch but I'm a sadist so I like the brutality of it.

Added carbs +25g and fat +3g on all days.

    So new macros are now:
    2x week 220/450/65
    5x week 240/300/70

I think it will take a while before I get my weight moving up steadily. Macros are still poverty macros in my eyes especially if I want any gains on TM. I'm going to keep adding carbs and fats every week so won't be long until I'm eating like a beast again

Yeah, but make sure you recover well, then Intensity Day will be blissfully easy. Like juggling cotton candy.

I definitely need to go back to drinking loads of whole milk and eating cheeseburgers. Either that or I was a massive pussy today.

The only good thing about this session was deadlift as I set a new PR for gods knows how long.

Used a bar I had never used before for squat and also a rack I don't normally use without a mirror which put me off. I like to squat in front of a mirror and probably done better.

Bench was weak too. The guy that spotted me didn't let go of the bar but I think it was 3 clean reps I got (I done 6 in total but not counting the last three). Total mess tbh.

BW = 81.8kg (180lbs) << I need to get this moving upwards. For this weeks macros I've added carbs +20g and fat +3g on all days. Slowly but surely.

    New macros are:
    220/470/68 (high carb 2x week)
    240/320/73 (Low carb 5x week)

Volume squats were pretty hard going but got through them with some focus and determination.

Volume press was pretty easy. I could probably increase the volume weight for press next time. I'll keep the volume weight for squats the same though as I don't want to be a "volume warrior".

Did some back and arm work afterwards and was done in.

Felt under recovered from VD on Monday.

May have had another rep on the squat but didn't get it. It was pretty hard on the first rep though.

Press was a grind. I wanted 3 and nearly had it but the bar stopped midway.

Deadlift felt like a 1RM. I wanted 3 but again I felt under recovered from VD on Monday.

I need to back the volume day weights down a bit I'm thinking!
