Looking good my man, I miss recovery days... When you gonna start adding weight to those chinups?

I wasn't planning to add any weight to them as i thought they might affect recovery for ID. I'll ask Jordan and see what he says though.

Also I feel like my low carb days are rations. I really fancied getting a curry tonight with naan and pilau rice but it doesn't fit my macros. Damn it.

Squat is just shooting up right now. I can't believe how easy that felt. It feels as though I've got room to grow on triples for a while yet.

Bench felt like a RPE 8.5 which is disappointing. I'll got for 90kgx5 next time and see how that feels and if it's really hard I'll have to go down to triples for 91kg. We will see. I think I'll definitely up the volume weight for bench next time though to 81-82kg.

I'll put you all straight on this. My conventional deadlift form is **** so I thought **** it I'm going to try sumo and it feels a lot better. I can set my back so much easier. I've got a coaching session with SS coach Carl Raghaven in London next Saturday so if he can't get my conventional deadlifting with non dangerous form I'll assume sumo as by the looks of it it's a more natural position for me. Next ID I'll definitely add a considerable amount of weight to sumo deadlifts. It was the first time I've done it so just went light like a gay boy.

Glad to see you making strides dude! Those triples (and for a high bar specialist like yourself!) are pretty awesome, Looks like you're on the golden path towards 200kg! I wish I could say the same, I'm pretty beat and uncertain about things at the moment, but your success is inspiring, hope all goes well with Carl!

Thanks mate! I still can't believe the progress I'm making on my squat and how easy 155kg was for triples. Last night was the first time using my new 4" belt I ordered off the internet and i could really feel the difference. Much better than the shitey tapered belts i was using provided at my gym.

You know, I have doubts in my mind all the time about my training and a lot of the time I feel lost. Despite this I'm putting all my faith in the programming I'm following and just trying to get the work done and meet my macros. From what I have gleaned from your log, you seem like a determined guy and I have no doubt that once you get your mindset sorted you'll be making big strides too :-)

Ah, you'll be in my part of the world. I've seen Carl three or four times now. Every one has been helpful.

    Nice squatting progress once again.

Oh yeah so you live near the Crossfit Evolving gym at Kilburn then?

I'm really looking forward to meeting up with Carl and getting my form sorted. I've already booked flights to London and they weren't too pricey at £70 return. The train was far too expensive and the bus was just not an option to begin with. Bugger sitting on a bus for 10 hours.

    Sumo Deadlift
    5 x 160 (352)

Some light sumo deadlifts this afternoon for some pulling volume since I didn't deadlift heavy yesterday on ID.

How much does Tsxas method usually add to all your lifts over the course of a year? Just interested to know if anyone has experience of this or knows the usual rate?
