SQ 136x3, then 12 reps in 30 mins, singles and doubles
BP 73x3 then 14 reps in 20 min, singles and doubles
Then I was supposed to dead lift 190 for 3 singles, and due to non-gym-related bullshit, I couldn't even do the first one. I felt pretty weary the whole sesh, but I wasnt anticipating this wall.

Lifting epiphany!I thought I failed my reps last time from stress or fatigue, but that's not at all why. I failed them because I've been namby-pambying my pulls, as if slow was better. Duh. This is what non-athletic people do, y'all. So anyway, for these singles @185, I got set up nice and tight and then pulled as hard and fast as I could, and they went up pretty easy. It was almost like I was pausing them before or something.
I have symptoms of impingement in my left shoulder. Training partner says my technique looks good on all the lifts, but I'm taking video for the purpose of figuring this out. I do shoulder warm-ups with the bands before squatting, since I have increasing pain as the squat session progresses. OHPs feel fine.
