    Almost 3 weeks of layoff due to cold upon cold upon cold upon sore throat, tiredness and fucking headaches.

    Still not quite right, but hopefully restarting tomorrow, will have to deload probably 20 to 30% i would have thought. Might do me good to do this anyway, things were getting on top of me a little.

    Fucking winter bullshit.

    starting strength coach development program
    Line in the sand time. Thursday 28th May 2015.

    The short story is that the winter period (November to February) was total shit. I seemed to have virus's and colds and fatigue for months on end, and I started having acid reflux problems which took a while to learn how to manage. Ive been lifting again properly since mid March after very inconsistent or poor quality training over the winter, and had to restart LP at 75kg squats, 50kg bench and 100kg deadlift. Ive also started training chins regularly.

    So I'm now back to where I was in the autumn now before I started getting all these health problems.

    Squats 3x5x107.5kg
    Bench 3x5x63.5kg
    Press 3x5x43.5kg
    Deadlift 1x5x120kg
    Chins 6 max or 5,4,4 or 3,3,3,3,3

    Bodyweight currently 185lb.
