The warmup volume is helping me flatten my back. The hardest part is flattening the lowest part of the back at the pelvis. I really need to feel my hip joints flexing hard, as closed as possible.
315 felt exactly right for 5. The long road to 405 continues.

No problem increasing from 4 to 5 rep sets, even with nearly a week off from squatting. Probably because I'm well below PR levels.
