I have lost my motivation to lift, just resting on my trainingdays, feels wrong and good at the same time. So I turned my training log to a resting log. I feel really beat up, I think I need the rest. Just sleeping when I get home from work. Wake up, and then its to late to train. Im not sick or anything, just tired.

Back to training after 7 days off, just resting.
    Squat: workset 90kgx5, was easy.
    Bench: workset 75x3x3, 75x2x3, backoff 60x9x3
Its hard to push that weight up.

The compliment didn't work so I'll give you a tough lesson. Your squats aren't deep enough.

Now what is troubling you. One day you said you were going to see a coach. Then you say you are despondent. Come on man, don' let the bars conquer you. You are there to conquer them. God get them.

Well, there is always reasons, the Squat can always be fixed. Just tell my son to help me reach my depth. The coach isnt around the corner, its long trip away, Im looking for time and money for that, for both of us.. And the rest is the usual winterdepression from the darkness and cold, it will pass. It happens every winter, I take som rest from the training, really, its no big deal, I wont quit or be counquered by the bar, Ill promise!

Good man! I've often wondered how people in Scandinavia survive those long dark winters. I'm subject to depression during winters and ours are not nearly as bad as yours. God be with you.

    8/2
    Squat in Kg
26x5x2, 46x5, 66x5, 80x5 workset:90x5. Resetting my squat, have been doing them to high. No excuses, I believed my son could coach me, but no, he didnt react to my high squats. I talked with him and I try to keep him on his toes about my squat.

    Bench
    20x5x2, 40x5, 50x3, 60x2, 67,5x1, Worksets: 75x3x3, 75x2x3, backoff: 60x9x3.
Putting in more energy on the bench.
