    No training, bad right hip pain, came sudden today. Tired from work and lack of sleep. Just rest and enjoy recovering.

    Well this is not something to be proud of, I been having the blues this week, not at all motivated to lift. Had to motivate myself to just go down to the basement and do some reps.
    I have mostly been playing my guitar and learning to install Linux/Ubuntu on my computors during this week, great to keep my money in my pocket instead of giving it away to microsoft.
    Its a great system for old computors, its free, stable and fast with practically no risk of virus. So no need for expensive virus protection.

    Im pleased with those sets. The last press set was probably with perfect form, so easy that I could have done a fiver, but I didnt want to press my luck.

    Im a little sore from good lifting the whole week, so its not surprising todays squat was a little weak.
    I aim for a fiver on thursday squat.

    Been having awful pain in left leg since last squat.
    Feels like some nerve muscle problem from hip to foot. Maybe some sciatic thing or just bad form. So I decided to just do some more maintenence just like I did on the last press day. Just to keep something going and not lose to much strength.
    Im having a ton of work so a lot of stress going on in my life. It also destroys my lifting.

    Both lifts ok!
    Left knee very painful when walking in stairs, felt ok during DL and press. The rest of the pain in the leg and hip is almost gone. I put on some liniment and wrapping the knee for warmth and just wait and see.
