    Walking for about 40min, rain and snow pouring down, grey is todays colour.

    Wow, felt like a was passing out after the last rep, I think I have to be a little faster at my set up between reps, just take one breath and go for it.

    This is the heaviest day of the week. The rest is a fishing trip, until next monday and I meet that monster DL again.

    Took a 35min walk, its getting colder -5c, not so fun with a wind blowing, but the sun showed up for a short time.

    Some pain in left upper arm outside, between bicep and tricep, had it before, put on some liniment and a cutoff woolsock, keep it warm and hope for the best. I have something with my left side both leg and arm are similar.

    Do you work with the Prowler? If you do you really know what huffin and puffin is all about. I consider it to be a punishment for having a light day. Actually, I know it must be good for me or it would not be so painful.

    Ush, no prowler carson, hate it, but as soon as it dries up outside I can start doing it. Its a dirtroad outside my house. I have a Rower but its so boring, I walk some. So I will continue with my huffin. I have a problem, in sweden we call it KOL, a lungdisease. Its under controller with medicine. Probably from my smokin days. I quit -94.
