    This was a hard one, I thought this would be a Breeze, since I did 2x5@100kg last friday.
    A lot of huffin after the last set. But no way I give up, I like my squats, hard is good and it makes me humble.

    Raised 2kg and lowered the reps and made it more or less a light bench. Felt good, left shoulder went along, just a minor pain.

    Walk in the park 40min, lovely spring weather, despite the cold wind. Headache felt really tired and sick. But I went down to the basement for my daily dose of stress.

    Walk in the park 50min and met with a female friend from my old workplace and her dog so we walked and talked.

    Felt tired, not recovered, maybe a light flu, but anyway I bought the boat. Thats a nice feeling, she will stay on land for a month or so. Wash and polish.
