    Testing some hamstring posterior work. Light pain, stiffness in left gluteus, no problem. Tomorrow is kickboxing muythai, my son is fightning and more work at the yachtclub. Its fun, soon its time to test the sails for the first time.

    Pleased with the 3x5, so now its up 1kg.
    Missed yesterday training, it was hot as hell and I was out for the first time since -85 with my own yacht. Nice feeling, need to fix a autopilot, so I can sail alone and manage to set the sails, had a friend who knew nothing I gave him a hard time as the Skipper from hell, he wasnt to sour after, he liked and now wants to get his own boat.

    9/6-10 sunday
    This week turned in to a Backoff week. Yesterday was rugby, my son made a couple of tries then I went out for a motorride with my yacht, Im today preparing for travel north of Umeå, my yearly get away from the big city Stockholm for a couple of weeks. Spend some time in my old ”Västerbottensgård”.

    Have a homegym in my neighbours garage, its his garage and my liftinggear. So I will do some lifting, grasscutting and woodchopping.
