Could probably done 4/5 but I was disturbed by friends and it was hot as hell, so my fokus was Unstable.
Marcus my son flew home yesterday, so now I have to motivate myself to train in warmth.

Been out walking with some progressive jogging, short slow jogging bursts in the midsummer night sunlight, been raining some so the mosquitos just makes love to me.

Went walking with slow jogging intervalls, feels good, its been 7 years since I jogged. Used to do it for about 10 years until I found StartingStrength, I must say I enjoyed it today, its the same selyes stress/recovery process. Third time this week and it feels better every time. Took around 45 min mostly walking, just need to slowly make the jogging intervals longer.
