No wog last night, was so tired, went to sleep, but tonight I did, I think I managed to jog 4 intervals with at least 250 meters each, was out almost an hour walking, felt also easier, so its a good day.

My weekly bench is still on weekly LP
Some pain left shoulder, since I only bench once a week its manageble. Talked my neigbour in to lifting with me today. Did some jog/walk for an hour after.

Saturday off, went for a roadtrip and a friend from my teens, fun to talk old times and eat good food.

Rain and cold, so no jogging, the rest of Europa has hot weather, I prefer our northern weather, think its around 8 celsius.
I was lucky to coach my neighbor and his son 22yo, a novice today. I have a couple of weeks to get the son on the hook of LP, I hope.

Im going for a long walk later in the evening, perhaps my full tour for the first time up here in my northern hideaway 5,5km.

Was out on the long walk, noticed it made me very tired, I do need to get better at cardiotraining, I have also noticed my cardio capasity during physical work around the house is poor.

Went on a walk/jog managed to jog 1,5 and walk 2,5km, cardio and legs feeling better. Press went super.
