    Had two days of rest, that is one extra, I felt like I needed it. Press felt heavy, but the rest made me strong and surprise myself. Next week I raise 1kg. I rewarded myself with a big barbecue.

    Did my usual night-wog (walking/jogging) for an hour, home around midnight, it is beginning to get darker at night, and its really useful to be fairly strong when strutting along with over 100kg.
    Still coaching this young guy on his second week, hes making good progress with 5kg raises on everything exept the press. Hes getting better with form each time. Next time is the fifth training day, not counting the first time. Im leaving him to train next session on his own, that will be a thrill, mostly for me.

    Thats some timedifference, and in space to, had some more good training in Boden, A old small town up north in sweden, its a big cannon fortification, five big mountains covering a big area, build in 1910 after we lost Finland to russians around 1810, the last time sweden actually was in war was with russia. Interesting facilty, just the thought of attacking us then must have given the russians nightmares. After the second big war, the fort begin to slowly lose importance for our defence, and now its a big museum.

    Still in Boden and eating a good taimeal, going up to Älvsbyn to attend mothers grave and maybe take a trip to Storforsen, north Europas biggest free rapid water fall.

    A couple of questions: I've always wondered why you, at such a young age, call yourself elderly? Second, You may have reported this already but have you taken any online coaching?
