Not wiser, lazier, it feels a little easier when I rest. I set mobile timer at seven minutes, then I start to prepare. Im often alone, nobody waits (wife or kids), it takes an awful lot of time, thats why I started to do 1-2 lifts a day. I lift 4-5 days a week. It still takes 1-2 hours for me. And I can take my nap after work. Carson, I hope you recover soon, Im waiting for you to be back lifting again.

I share that eagerness. It shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks. The Physical therapy I'm getting should help keep me from injury in the future. I'm doing several exercises to get my spine back in shape. Sully is an astoundingly good teacher. He even helps me think that I might have some coordination for T'ai Chi. He's got an enormous job.

I tried thai chi, nothing for me. Im totaly helpless, cant coordinate my movements, the limbs different positions, and the balance at the same time. I tried chi gong, it was easier for me, like meditation. Get well carson!
