    Total 3,5km
I try to do cardio every 4 days, I noticed that my one lift a day goes round in ten days waves.

Not so good, but then the last week been great so far, cant win all the time, so Im pleased.
Now its two days travelling, my son Marcus is heading north 500km to a school for a two year rescue and firefighter education. Im happy for him and its a joy to drive him there, a little sad to but mostly pleased with him getting a goal in life.

Walking is good for sure. I used to do plenty of it when I had 2 dogs that had to be walked separately. Both are gone now.
My son and training partner had to move 700 miles away for his job 5 years ago. My to training took a hit for a while, been trying to stay with it now.

Looks like you are making good training on your own. I also had a year of training with my son, then he was strong and continued with his sport, its a tuff adjustment to see them grow up and leave home.

Ive been sloppy with training this week, lazy and unmotivated. I try to better myself. Planning for a change in DL program, no mor heavy fives, instead I will go for double triples and 2x5 as backup. Yesterday it was crayfish party, fun with the neighbours, tomorrow sunday its workday at the boatclub.

I wouldn't feel bad about the progress. I know on SS your supposed to keep increasing your lifts but we all can't do that. If it were true everyone would be DL 600lbs, Squating 550 and BP 350,that not what I believe. No matter what I do I won't be able to do what I did at 50, but doing what I do will at least slow down the decline.
