I beginning to grow a tendonit in my left elbow, its the outside that hurts. Its probably the increased volume I made in my DL a month ago. So question is how to fix it? Back off on volume, but how much?

I dont know, it can just as well be the press, beacause it is moving in the up direction. Went to a ortopedic today for my left glute/thigh problem, he wanted to give me a shot cortison in my glute, I refused. He said the muscle was inflammerad. He poked with his hand and it hurt, so I asked him to do the same test on my right leg thats ok. It hurted just as bad there. Then he wanted me to stop lifting heavy. I took the prescription for some antiinflamatory meds. The good thing was that he wanted me to get a Mri and he showed me some strething movement.
I didnt really trust that doc.

Good day, raised 1/2 kilo and made one tripleI felt strong, the 3x5 went ok so next time I raise that one to. The elbow started hurting right after the lifts, so it might be the cause of my left tennis elbow. I treat it with warm sleve and liniment.
