Press: Worksets: 43kgx5 PR, 44x3, 44x2x3
Deadlift worksets: 125kgx5, backoff 112,5 x 5. Felt easy, last time I only got 1 rep. My PR is 132,5 so I try to get there again as fast as possible.

Sorry about the video, it didnt work.
Squat:worksets: 80kgx5, 82,5x5
Still working on getting lower, ass back and up. Knees behind and over toes seem to work for me, these are some of my cues for the moment, Im also working on my hipdrive.
Press worksets 44x3x5
Banddips 10, 7
LTE just testing a little, seems alright, no pain today.

I did Edit the clip in "Capture" before posting it. Something must have destroyed the clip.. I dont know whats wrong?
