    19/11-19 tuesday
    Bench
    76kgx5,4,3,3
    Backoff Ladder
    71x2, 61x4, 50x8
Ok, but not good, missed the second and third set. Anyway for now, its the press thats my focus lift and the bench is in support. Im also having extreme pain in my left knee, cant walk the stairs in a normal way. Trying to take outside slow walks. I hope it subsides over time. My plan is to begin squat after I met with my doctor, I have done two different X-rays and waiting for resultat. Squat usually fixes my knee pain.

Yes, thank you, I use them more often now, seems the knee is getting better, today I walked gently up and down the stairs several times. Its fragile but has funktion with just a sometime tiny notion of pain.

Same as last time, glad I didnt raise the weight.
Later I Found a very interesting YouTube with herbie hancock music lectures on Miles and Breaking rules. I really like jazz and its creativity.

And of course, I forgot to mention, my 23yo son who now is at the acadamy for firefighters up north in Sweden , been coaching his peers in starting strength method, thats cool for me as I introduced him to it. Well, he just got thru a rigorous 2days of testing hoping for a summerjob between terms. And he made it, in a firce competitive enviroment. They usually dont pass the Young guys during the their first year at the academy. Very proud dad indeed I am.
